The Methane Mitigation Council's in-person fundraiser on the official Climate Week NYC program: a Methane 101 and audience Q&A (no question too basic), former US EPA methane partnerships chief Pamela Franklin on the US role in cutting methane, climate comedian Stuart Goldsmith, and short talks from GAIA on landfill methane, UC Berkeley's Center for Law, Energy & the Environment on methane policy, and XPRIZE on its upcoming methane prize. Optional mingling with refreshments until 1 PM. Limited to 30 guests; tickets $100 (methane-curious) or $250 (methane-savvy, with a bonus hour with the founder), supporting the council's charitable work.
